2. What You Cannot Do

To keep things fair, you are not allowed to:

• Sell or give away the raw PDF or Markdown files as a product.
• Re-distribute the exact datasets publicly.
• Use the data for anything illegal.

3. Who Owns the Data

I compile this information from the public internet.

You are buying a license to use my structured compilation of that data, but you do not own the internet.

4. Provided "As-Is"

I provide the data "as is."

I have worked hard to clean and deduplicate it, but the web is messy.

I cannot guarantee that a third-party website hasn't changed since the day my scraper ran.
